Return & Refund Policy

At Northern Magick Supplies, we take great care in selecting and packaging our products. Due to the nature of metaphysical and spiritual items, we have the following return policy in place.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened, and non-energetically altered physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For energetic, sanitary, and ethical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Crystals, stones, and minerals (natural variations are not considered defects)

  • Candles that have been burned or dressed

  • Oils, sprays, incense, herbs, teas, or powders

  • Bath products or body items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Spell kits, ritual items, or magically charged products

  • Tarot, oracle readings, energy work, or other spiritual services

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

These exclusions are standard across metaphysical and spiritual retailers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

Natural Variations Disclaimer

Many of our items are natural, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, shape, size, scent, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
